From concept to prototype - what is the process like?
Once the concept is approved, we move to the prototyping stage. We create the first physical or virtual specimens (e.g. for stress testing) to verify the correctness of the design. The prototype is subjected to technical analysis and modified, if necessary, before being put into production.
By having our own technological facilities - lathes, milling machines, lasers, bending machines and welding machines - we can realize the prototype internally, without outsourcing. This reduces lead time and allows full control over quality.

All you need is a concept, photo or sketch – on this basis we will create a 3D design and technical documentation.

Yes – we perform analysis of loads, behavior of the structure under the influence of forces and permissible deformations.
